IS demands a ransom for the Turkish hostage
"Islamic State" has demanded a ransom of 200 released members for the Turkish soldier, that was previously captured, Haber 7 reported.
It is noted that the IS is negotiating with the Turkish National Intelligence Organization and has submitted a list of the names of persons that are required to release.
