Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport, met in Baku with Sattar Hashemi, Iran’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan to attend the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC-25), AzVision.az reports.
The meeting focused on exploring opportunities for cooperation between the two countries in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT). The parties exchanged views on establishing a working group to strengthen the partnership and on expanding the regulatory and legal framework.
The sides also agreed to continue the recent successful collaboration between the two countries in the ICT sector, particularly in frequency coordination.
