“An e-social service map is being developed in Azerbaijan to ensure accessibility to social services, automate them across all regions, and implement an electronic case management system,” said Anar Aliyev, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, during his speech at the first Meeting of the Ministers of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Baku, AzVision.az reports.
“More than 90 percent of the 149 services provided by the ministry in the fields of labor, employment, and social protection have already been digitized, with over 50 of them being proactive. As a result of pension automation, 94 percent of old-age pension allocations have already been carried out proactively this year,” Anar Aliyev emphasized.
