Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Internal Affairs as well as the State Social Protection Fund and the Committee on Property Issues offered several mobile services through this project.
This services include:
notarial activities;
official registration of civil statuses;
issuance and changing of identification cards;
issuance and changing of passports;
granting pensions, issuance of acts;
technical passports on preliminary and relater registration of property rights over accommodations;
issuance of certificates of state registration on description of the property;
officially registered rights and its limitations, issuance of technical passports and other documents of relater registration of property over private living spaces.
It should be noted that, by the end of this year mobile “ASAN Service” would continue to serve people in various regions of Azerbaijan.
