"The inflation was maintained at one-digit level in 2015. Average inflation in 8 months made 3.8%, down 8.3% from the levels in the partner countries", Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Elman Rustamov said during the discussion of 2016 state budget package at the plenary meeting of Azerbaijani Parliament.
According to him, increase of personal incomes exceeded the inflation by 2.1%
