Thousands attend anti-government protest in Montenegro - VIDEO
Protesters held Montenegrin and Serbian flags and chanted "Milo is a thief," referring to the prime minister.
The demonstration, held in Podgorica`s central square, was organized by the opposition Democratic Front political party.
The protest was held amid tight security in the capital, where barricades were placed around government buildings.
There were no reports of violence.
Opposition leaders have accused Djukanovic, who has been in power since 2012, of corruption and election fraud.
In September, protesters demanded the creation of an interim government as well as free and fair elections.
The government has claimed the protests are supported by Russia and Serbia, which opposition leaders have rejected.
