Elmira Suleymanova to attend international seminar in Thailand

Azerbaijani ombudsperson Elmira Suleymanova is to visit Bangkok on 3-6 April.

AzVision.az reports citing the news service for the ombudsman that Elmira Suleymanova will take part in the international seminar and trainings organized jointly by the International Institute of Ombudsmen and Association of Ombudsmen of Asia.

The 13th anniversary of creation of the Ombudsman`s Institute in Thailand will be stressed during the event, different aspects of human rights protection, exchange of experience and prospects of cooperation will be discussed.

Suleymanova will provide information about the situation with protection of human rights and liberties in Azerbaijan and ombudsman`s work in this sphere.
