SOCAR signs contract as part of refinery modernization

SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) and the French Axens company signed a contract for the construction of the diesel fuel and gasoline hydrotreating unit as part of the modernization of the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery, SOCAR said Oct. 28.
