The operations are intended to tighten security ahead of the G20 summit being held in the southern resort province of Antalya on November 15-16.
Last week, 20 people suspected of links to ISIL were detained in Antalya as part of the operations.
According to the news outlet, operations are ongoing and additional suspects could be detained.
Ankara launched its campaign against ISIL militants in July, following a surge in violence.
The extremists control territory in Syria along the Turkish border and have been linked to a double-suicide bombing last month at a pro-Kurdish rally in Ankara that killed over 100 people.
The G20 Leaders Summit is an international forum representing 85 percent of global GDP and over 75 percent of global trade.
