“To remind, PACE winter session will also discuss Robert] Walter’s [(United Kingdom) draft resolution titled `Escalation of Violence in Nagorno-Karabakh and Other Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan’ passed 15 days ago, whereby it is demanded that the Armenian troops be withdrawn from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
“But that’s not all. The 17th point in Walter’s report had spoken about punishing Armenia’s delegation to PACE,” Haykakan Zhamanak wrote.
