Azerbaijani side undergoes heavy fire from Armenia on contact line
The ceasefire on the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line was broken 38 times in numerous directions on June 13, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on June 14.
The Armed Forces of Armenia, located in the village of Doveh of Armenia`s Noyemberyan region, opened fire at the positions of Azerbaijani Armed Forces located in the village of Kemerli of Gazakh region.

At the same time, the Azerbaijani positions took fire from the positions located in the villages of Horadiz, Garakhanbeyli, Gorgan, Ashagi Seyidahmadli, Ashagi Abdurrahmanli, Ashagi Veyselli of Fizuli, Yusifjanli, Bash Gervend, Shuraabad of Aghdam, Mehdili of Jabrayil, Tapgaragoyunlu of Goranboy region and at the nameless heights of Khojavend region.

The opposing side was silenced with return fire.
The conflict between the two South Caucasus countries began in 1988 when Armenia made territorial claims against Azerbaijan.
