Unknown Person Filmed Distributing Money Among Citizens on Referendum Day
A reporter of RFE/RL`s Armenian Service has filmed an unknown man distributing money among the voters near a voting station in Yerevan.
The man, as seen in the video, is handing out 10 thousand dram bills to each of the citizens, putting a plus sign in front of the names.
When confronted by the reporter about the list and the money, the man claimed it was a “list of debts;” he then tried to seize the journalist`s camera.
