Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has decreed to appoint Orkhan Sultanov as the head of the country’s Foreign Intelligence Service.
“I decide in line with the paragraph 32 of the article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic to appoint Madat Guliyev the chief of the State Security Service of the Azerbaijan Republic,” the president’s decree reads.
