He noted that the other two conditions are finding and punishing the perpetrators of the incident involving the plane, and compensating for the damage to the Russian side.
Relations between Moscow and Ankara deteriorated significantly after Turkish Air Force shot down a Russian Su-24 bomber in Turkey’s airspace Nov. 24.
Earlier, Turkey’s PM Ahmet Davutoglu, commenting on the relations with Russia, said that Russian authorities’ anti-Turkey statements are consistent with the former USSR’s spirit.
“No one, except for Russian authorities themselves, believes in the anti-Turkish propaganda,” he said.
