The Nork publishing house has released the Armenian translation of the scandalous requiem `Stone Dreams` by Azerbaijani writer Akram Aylisli.

The novel by Akram Aylisli "Stone dreams` caused sharp public reaction after it was published in the December edition of the Russian `Druzhba narodov` magazine.

The writer faced sharp criticism and the protest actions were organized against his latest novel in front of his house.
The participants of the action stated that the novel insults the memory of the Azerbaijani people, since it distorts the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, presenting Armenians as the noble victims of this confrontation and Azerbaijanis as barbarians.
