His answer to the question of APA’s correspondent “Is it possible to repay the loans up to $5,000 in previous exchange rate?” was: “Certain concessions may be made to those getting loans up to $5,000. According to preliminary calculations, the total amount makes over AZN 250,000,000. The main issue here is to find a financial source. This must be discussed by Azerbaijan’s economic team, not only Central Bank of Azerbaijan”.

"Our economic team is currently discussing the issue whether concessions will be made to those getting loans in USD or not", chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Elman Rustamov said.
