President Obama could not say `Azerbaijan`
President Obama Delivers Remarks at the Clinton Global Initiative
President Obama addressed the Clinton Global Initiative in New York, New York on September 23, 2014.

The President engaged in a conversation about how the Administration-in partnership with other governments, as well as with Azerbaijan, non-governmental organizations, and the philanthropic community-is deepening its commitment to defend and strengthen civil society globally. While speaking on the governments that hinders NGOs to work president Obama mentioned Azerbaijan. But he could not pronounce the word of Azerbaijan. Fortunately his speechwriters or some other one could help him in time, whispering in his earphone.

Obviously, his speech had been prepared beforehand with a special tendentious purposes and it was unexpectable for Obama to say the name of Azerbaijan in the range of countries intervening NGOs. Otherwise Obama knows Azerbaijan well and even before, when he was a senator. It is not so difficult for him to say Azerbaijan.
