Fitch Ratings international agency has withdrawn Azerbaijan Railways CJSC`s (ADY) Long-term foreign currency Issuer Default Rating of `BBB-` on Rating Watch Negative, the message of the agency said.
Fitch has withdrawn the ratings as ADY has chosen to stop participating in the rating process, said the agency.
