"That result does not reflect the country`s reality," Capriles said, referring to the official count that declared ruling party candidate Nicolas Maduro the winner.
"Today`s great loser is you, you and what you represent," he told Maduro.
Capriles further denied having called his rival to propose a pact between the two, as Maduro had claimed.
