“We construct churches in Russia, and that country’s government appreciates it. I mean that we are appreciated in foreign lands. For 45 years we worked for Armenia, but they do not appreciate. But we shed blood of innocent people. We feel hurt,” says Artur.
Armenia’s government has no specific policy to the Artsakh war veterans. “We do not want to be protected by an oligarch. We only want a policy we developed ourselves,” he said.
