First gas flow via TANAP to commence in 2018

The first gas flow via Trans Anatolian Pipeline (TANAP) will commence in 2018, TANAP General Manager Saltuk Duzyol said at the 2nd Southern Gas Corridor Advisory Council meeting in Baku.
Duzyol gave detailed information to participants about the technical indicators of the project. Gordon Birrell, BP`s Regional President for Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia, said the works are being carried out in accordance with the schedule and the year 2016 will be a significant period in implementation of the project.
