Ex-NBA player Turkoglu appointed chief advisor to Turkish president
Hidayet Turkoglu, famous Turkish athlete, former basketball player, has been officially appointed chief adviser to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkish Anadolu agency reported March 16.
Earlier it was reported that Turkoglu is expected to be appointed chief adviser to President Erdogan.

Thirty-seven-year-old Turkoglu had been playing in the NBA for 15 seasons.
