Three books about Azerbaijani cuisine published in Poland
The Embassy of Azerbaijan to Poland in partnership with Warsaw University of Agriculture has published three books from Azerbaijani cuisine series: "Azerbaijani dolma", "Azerbaijani lavash" and "Plov, khash, lavash".
Covers of the books provide an insight into the Agdam Museum of Bread, which is now under the Armenian occupation, and Momine-Khatun Mausoleum in Sheki. The Embassy donated the books to the Central Library and University library.

Over the past years, the Azerbaijani Embassy has contributed to the publication of 38 books in Polish language covering the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and promoting the Azerbaijani food, arts and culture.
