It reads: "Brothers who wish to buy sex slaves should register their names with the leader of their platoon.
"As for the fighters on duty, they should contact their leader and we will arrange it in 10 days.
"Anyone who does not register his name will be denied access to the sex slave market.
"Money for a slave should be paid in a closed envelope and the highest bidder will be obliged to finish the deal."
