Iran sends ultimatum to Armenia: `Austerity measures to be taken`
Iran reacted to the mortal shells fired by Armenia.
Iranian border guards contacted with the opposite side on the issue, deputy Governor-General of East Azerbaijan Province for Political and Security Affairs Saeed Shabestari Khiabani told AzVision.az.

`Iranian officials restored the security in the regions where the moral shells fell. However, we will take austerity measures on any infringements against Iran`, he told.

Three mortal shells fired during the ongoing conflict in the separatist region of Nagorno-Karabakh have hit a village in northwestern Iranian province of East Azerbaijan. The shells hit a place near Khoda-Afarin village and damaged a high-voltage electricity poles, which led to a power cut in the region. No casualties or damages have been reported
