The ministry of taxes ensured transferring 1.5 billion manat to the budget, which is 1.4 percent more than the forecast. Some 78.5 percent or 1.211 billion manat account for the income from the non-oil sector, which is nine percentage points more than in January-March 2015.
The State Customs Committee ensured transferring 416.9 million manat to the budget, which is 14.8 percent more than the forecast. Some 74.9 million manat were transferred to the state budget through the customs bodies, which is 21.9 percent more than in January-March 2015.
Some 47.5 million manat account for revenues from paid services of the organizations financed from the state budget, 11.7 million manat - income from other sources.

Some 1.427 billion manat or 54.4 percent of the state budget expenses were directed to social spheres (the payroll fund, pensions, social benefits, food and medical expenses) in January-March 2016, which is by 3.8 percent or 52 million manat more than in January-March 2015.
Some 16 million manat were spent for the construction and reconstruction of scientific, educational, health, cultural, sports and other facilities.
Some 153.4 million manat were directed for the construction of infrastructure in the areas of energy, water and gas supply, transport, utilities, melioration.
Some 4.8 million manat were directed to finance the investment projects in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The revenues of the consolidated budget amounted to 4.473 billion manat in January-March 2016, expenditures - 3.348 billion manat. The surplus of the consolidated budget amounted to 1. 125 billion manat.
