Armenia is not going to recognize `Nagorno Karabakh Republic` - Sargsyan

Armenia is not going to recognize `Nagorno Karabakh Republic` - Sargsyan

Armenian President Serj Sargsyan called this step as a `compromise`.

`Armenia does not plan to recognize separatist `Nagorno Karabakh Republic` in order to avoid aggravation on disputed lands. The Armenian side expected to start military operations and not surprisingly ceasefire was announced only after 3 days of fights,he added.
