Chairman of Azerbaijan`s Central Election Commission (SEC) Mazahir Panahov has met Head of the OSCE Office in Baku Koray Targay.
Mr. Panahov said the Central Election Commission intends to closely cooperate with the international organizations, including the OSCE, AzerTAc reports.
