Official exchange rate of manat, the Azerbaijani national currency, against the US dollar was set at 1.5128 manats for Apr. 20, said Azerbaijan`s Central Bank (CBA) Apr. 19.
The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) sold $19.9 million to eight banks through an auction held by the CBA.
Some $50 million was put up for sale.
