`OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs should demand explanations from Armenia`
A Mi-24 helicopter of the Armenian Armed Forces entered the battle outpost in the territory of Azerbaijan and of course, our soldiers gave an adequate response," first vice-speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ziyafet Asgarov told journalists, AzVision.az reports.
According to him, the resolution 853 of the UN Security Council demands the immediate withdrawal of Armenian troops from occupied Aghdam region.

“A number of international organizations raise a fuss under the influence of Armenians. However, they forget that the helicopter was downed in the territory of Aghdam. International law recognizes the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. Co-chair countries Russia, the US and France have already recognized Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity. In this case, why don’t these countries ask Armenia what it is doing in the lands of other country? Why don’t ask Armenia why its helicopter flies over the territory of Aghdam?” he said.

Asgarov added that OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs should demand explanations from Armenia but not Azerbaijan for the downed helicopter.
