Output freeze deal unlikely to be reached-Novak
Russian energy minister Alexander Novak says the deal to freeze oil output is unlikely to be reached, AzVision.az reports citing to RIA Novosti.
According to Novak, the output freeze will depend on discussions of OPEC countries: “We are not sure they will agree. There is a variety of opinions within OPEC”.
