As of April 21, official exchange rate of manat against the US dollar increased by 0.36 percent.
The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan sold $2.9 million to eight banks through the auction held by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
SOFAZ offered $50 million for sale through the auction, according to the message.
