Leader of Kurds supports Armenians

Leader of Kurds supports Armenians

By calling the 1915 events as "Armenian genocide", the co-chairman of the pro-Kurdish People`s Democratic Party (HDP) Selahattin Demirtas, one more time showed his support to the Armenians, AzVision.az reports citing Turkish Mass Media.

`Today, we commemorate the 101th anniversary of `Armenian genocide`. Armenians want to prove their deaths, while Kurds want to prove their existence in these lands.`

Recall, the Azerbaijani origin rector of Turkish Giresun University, professor Aygun Attar and Turkish humorist Ali Celikkaya filed lawsuit against Demirtas for his provocative statements on Nagorno-Karabakh.
