Bolivian parliament adopts resolution condemning denial of so-called Armenian genocide
The Bolivian parliament has recognized the so-called Armenian genocide, AzVision.az reports
The Legislative Assembly of Bolivia has adopted a resolution condemning denial of the so-called Armenian genocide.

Senator Zonia Guardia Melgar said that the document was adopted by both the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, with the approval of the Foreign Ministry. “Our Constitution condemns violation of human rights and genocide. We are friends with Armenians and Kurds.”

“The Legislative Assembly of Bolivia supports struggle of Armenian people for human rights and justice and condemns the policy of denying the genocide against the Armenian people", said the resolution.
