Reason why of 3 high-ranking Armenian officials` dismissal - DOCUMENT
The Armenian President Serj Sargsyan dismissed 3 high-ranking officials of the Armenian Defense Ministry a few days ago . Later, a document spread on the Armenian segment revealing the real reason of the Lieutenant-General Alik Mirzabekyan`s relieving from his duties.

The document is a report on the current situation in the Army of the so-called regime. It shows that the Armed Forces of the so-called regime is in desperate situation in terms of logistical support.

`Lieutenant-General and the deputy head of the Armenian Defense Minister Alik Mirzabekyan writes to the `defense minister` of the so-called regime Levon Mnatsakanyan that an investigation was carried out in the `Karabakh Army` under the order of the Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan. The investigation revealed serious shortages in the army`, the document reads.

It became clear that during the latest battles, a great part of the Automotive and Heavy Equipment of the `army`of the so-called regime were destroyed. Armored vehicles of the enemy side are old and of no use. They suffer from lack of the reserve units, ammunition and fuel. Therefore, some problems emerged in providing the military units with ammunition.

Finally, it can be concluded that the shortages pose serious dangers to the security of the `army` of the so-called Nagorno-Karabakh regime.

Interestingly, the Armenian Government keeps on claiming in all negotiations as if the Nagorno-Karabakh is an independent side. If it is true, how can a country hold inspections in another independent country`s army?

Concurrently, Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan made a statement that a document is being prepared to provide mutual military assistance to the so-called institution in Karabakh. `The document must be taken seriously. The preparation process goes on and the agreement will be signed in due time`, Nalbandyan said. Let us mention, Serzh Sargsyan gave an instruction to prepare a document on the mutual military assistance to the so-called Nagorno-Karabakh regime at the meeting of the National Security Council, on April 2.

Thus, it doesn`t make any sense. The Armenian Republic conducts inspections in the army of the so-called Nagorno-Karabakh regime as its own military unit. On the other hand, it prepares a document on the mutual military assistance? The international law does not allow signing any official document with a so-called regime. In fact, the Armenian Government aims to legalize the mutual military assistance that provided to the so-called regime.
