Tottenham Hotspur goes to Stamford Bridge on Monday.
Spurs know that anything other than a victory would hand Leicester City the Premier League title.
Spurs` only hope of a first title since 1961 is to win their final three games and hope Leicester pick up less than two points from their last two matches.

"Our players are very, very motivated to play on Monday against Chelsea," said boss Mauricio Pochettino.

Leicester drew 1-1 at Old Trafford on Sunday, prolonging the title race.

The Foxes would have sealed their first top-flight title had they beaten Manchester United on Sunday - and play Everton and Chelsea in their remaining games.

If Spurs fail to win at Chelsea, it will be the second season in a row the title has been won at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea won last year`s Premier League with a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace.

Team News

Chelsea defenders John Terry and Gary Cahill are expected to be available to face Tottenham on Monday.

Terry has missed 10 of the past 12 matches with hamstring and Achilles problems, while illness ruled Cahill out of last week`s win at Bournemouth.

Spurs midfielder Eric Dier is a doubt after suffering concussion against West Brom last week.

Dele Alli begins a three-match ban for violent conduct, while Nabil Bentaleb remains out with a knee injury.

Match of the day 2 Analysis

Alan Shearer: "The point that Leicester earned at Old Trafford means Tottenham now have to win all three of their remaining games to finish champions, starting at Stamford Bridge on Monday.

"Chelsea have nothing to play for in terms of league position but, as some of their players have already said, they do not want Spurs to go there and win, and would love it if their London rivals miss out on the title.

"So it will be a very tough game for Mauricio Pochettino`s side. Leicester have done their bit, now it is over to Tottenham and we will find out if they can respond."

Radio 5 LIVE Commentator`s notes

John Murray: "So it appears that all of us who predicted in August that Chelsea would have the final say in the destination of this season`s Premier League title may, after all, be proved correct!

"Tottenham are now clinging on. Leicester are almost over the line. And Chelsea have made no attempt to hide the fact they would take pleasure in denying their London rivals, while at the same time making it possible for their former manager Claudio Ranieri to enjoy his finest hour."

What teh managers say

Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink: "We desperately want to win the next game, which is Spurs, and then there are massive games against Sunderland, Liverpool and Leicester after that.

`It`s normal to have scrutiny from the press because you are playing in the limelight. We want to fulfil our obligations now, and in the upcoming games.

"I cannot guarantee the result but I can guarantee that the effort will be there, and not just on Monday."

Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino: "We can feel a little bit disappointed because the gap behind Leicester is big, but realistically we have a very good, young squad.

"If it is not possible to win the title this season, we need to try next season. The potential of the club and the squad we have is massive, and the important thing is to build the project and philosophy and to settle the basis.

"The basis is now very solid and only the future can be brilliant."

Lawro`s prediction

It is clear that Chelsea`s fans would love Spurs to miss out on the title - and so would some of the Blues` players.

I think they might get their wish.

Prediction: 1-1
