Joao Soares, OSCE PA Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Nagorno Karabakh, will visit Azerbaijan in the first ten-day of May.
The program of the visit is ready. “Joao Soares has not visited the South Caucasus since he was appointed as a special representative. This is his first visit to the region in the new post.
