“The government agenda includes not approving the draft law, but the Government conclusion"- said the deputy minister.
“The recognition depends on the further developments of the situation. If Azerbaijan resumes military operation in the conflict zone, the issue on the recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh will be included in the agenda”, he said
Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said that by recognition of the "independence" of Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenia puts an end to the Minsk process.
