James Warlick comments on meeting with Ashot Ghulyan

“As a Minsk Group Co-Chair, I value my discussions with all sides in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” U.S. co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick said while answering question about the meeting with Speaker of “parliament” of the separatist regime in Nagorno Karabakh, Ashot Ghulyan.

“We discussed the importance of reducing tensions in the aftermath of the November 12 incident along the Line of Contact, and the need for the sides to make progress in negotiations on a lasting settlement,” he said.

James Warlick met with the representatives of the “parliament” of the separatist regime in Nagorno-Karabakh.
