At this stage, meetings and discussions can only be held on preventing the incidents happened in the Nagorno-Karabakh, the Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian told in his statement to reporters, AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian Media.
`The application of the mechanisms that enable the restoration of the negotiations can also be considered`, the minister said.
