The level of the corruption should be scaled by the different state agencies via social surveys. Both state agencies and law-enforcement bodies should be taken responsible for the result of the index, he said.
`Reduction of jobs is not ruled out. We will adopt relevant decisions on it. Austerity measures are needed to prevent corruptive acts of the state officials and their relatives`, he added.
