There are no restrictions in this regard and that is not prohibited by the law, said the minister.
"I watched Formula 1 in Monaco from a balcony," he added.
The minister noted that by leasing their balconies during the Formula 1, the Baku residents can make additional money.
The Formula 1 Grand Prix of Europe will be held in Baku on June 17-19.

During the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Europe in Baku, the tenants of the apartments located along the circuit, can lease their balconies to those wishing to watch the race, Azerbaijan`s Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov said at a press conference in Baku May 12.
