The Southern Gas Corridor (SGC) project will open up opportunities for expanding the cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov said.
He made the remarks during the talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku May 13.
