The Kingdom of the Netherlands invested $300 million in Azerbaijan during past three years, Deputy Minister of Economy Sahil Babayev said at Azerbaijan-Netherlands Business Forum.
According to him, total investments by the Netherlands exceeded $900 million: “The Kingdom of the Netherlands is the fourth biggest country investing in Azerbaijan’s non-oil sector. Up to now, the two countries have signed contracts worth $180 mln. This does not fully reflect the existing potential between the two countries. Such business forums aim to lay the foundation of joint projects between Azerbaijan and the Netherlands”.
