The parties will consider current issues of the international agenda, also in the context of strengthening coordination in such multi-sided platforms as the United Nations, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), a security grouping comprising Russia, China and the Central Asian former Soviet republics of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, and the BRICS developing-nation assembly of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, the Kremlin said.
Russia and India are expected to adopt a joint statement after the meeting and sign a number of bilateral documents, the Kremlin added.
