Azerbaijani gas to create competition in European market - US State Department

`Europe will get gas through TANAP, that

This will also be transported via a new route, Special Envoy and Coordinator for International Energy Affairs at the US Department of State Amos Hochstein said in his interview to Interfax.

“The SGC will transport Azerbaijani gas to Europe. Turkmen gas may also be transported via that pipeline. In other words, Europe will see new energy sources. I wish Europe to have LNG terminals, which will “feed” the TAP project. Generally, I am supporter of competition and available prices”, he added.
