On the instruction of Azerbaijani President
Ilham Aliyev, we have officially appealed to the international organizations, including the UN Secretary General, the heads of the
Council of Europe and
OSCE, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and human rights bodies for liberation of the Azerbaijani hostages Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev captured in
Kalbajar region, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and Displaced Persons of Azerbaijan
Ali Hasanov said.
The Committee Chairman stated that Azerbaijani President
Ilham Aliyev granted apartments to the families of Azerbaijani hostages Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev, captured in
Kalbajar by Armenian militaries, as well as Hasan Hasanov who was killed during the capture.
