Gas in Armenia to become 6% cheaper as of July 1
The Russian natural gas prices in Armenia will fall by close to 6 percent, starting July 1, AzVision.az reports citing news.am.
The respective decision was made at Tuesday’s meeting of the Public Services Regulatory Commission.

Accordingly, instead of 156 drams (approx. $0.33), the residents of Armenia will pay 146.7 drams (approx. $0.31) per one cubic meter of natural gas.

The decision to reduce prices was made after April 7, when Russia set the natural gas price at the border of Armenia to $150, instead of $165.
