SOCAR Turkey Energy intends to become TANAP shareholder by year-end

SOCAR Turkey Energy intends to become TANAP shareholder by year-end

SOCAR Turkey Energy intends to become shareholder of TANAP by the end of this year SOCAR Turkey Energy CEO Zaur Gahramanov said.

“Of course this process may be delayed. Turkish side must consent to this. Azerbaijani side has already given consent”, he added.

SOCAR Turkey Energy intends to buy SOCAR’s 7%-stake in TANAP.

TANAP shareholders are: SOCAR (58%), BP (12%) and BOTAS (30%).
