`We have specialists in nuclear physics field but most of the specialists with Armenian origin are in abroad. Large amount of money is needed to possess nuclear weapons. Furthermore, we have signed an agreement on non-manufacturing of nuclear weapons`, Arutyunyan said.
On May 26, the former Prime Minister of Armenia, Hrant Bagratyan stated that Armenia possesses the nuclear weapons and the country has had the nuclear weapon since 1970s.

Armenia does not have nuclear weapon and the republic does not intend to create it. However, we have enough specialists in nuclear physics field, Samvel Arutyunyan, Chairman of the Armenia Science Committee told, AzVision.az reports citing RIA Novosti.
